Consultations

This is an opportunity to talk at length to a healthcare practitioner about your health concerns? Your first nutritional therapy consultation lasts for up to 90 minutes and is an opportunity for me to find out about your health and lifestyle in depth and make observations about what could be causing your symptoms; there will be plenty of time for you to ask questions. Before the consultation, you will be sent a health questionnaire concerning your general health and lifestyle, together with a food diary to complete.   These should be completed and returned to the clinic at least 3 days prior to your appointment so that they can be analysed before your visit to the clinic. During the consultation, we will agree a personalised action plan of dietary improvements for you to put into practice at home.

At least one follow-up consultation is recommended, as further analysis can be carried out following your initial consultation, to enable a personalised supplement plan to be created.   This is then discussed during the follow-up consultation, as well as monitoring your progress and making any adjustments to your existing dietary plan.

Any nutritional supplements that may be recommended as part of your programme will be checked against any medication that you are taking. We will also discuss laboratory tests that could aid diagnosis of your condition. These include the latest urine, blood, saliva and stool tests to provide concise information about how your body is working. Nutritional supplements and lab tests are optional and are in addition to the consultation fee.

Introductory Sessions: (now available)

If you are interested in finding out more about Nutritional Therapy, but are not sure that a full consultation is right for you, why not arrange to come for an Introductory Session.   During this time you will have the opportunity to talk to myself and ask any questions, plus be provided with dietary advice and guidance.     

Fees:

Initial consultation of 90 minutes is £65 (includes pre-consultation research and analysis of your health questionnaires and food diary). First follow-up consultation of 60 minutes is £45 (includes in-depth research and analysis for personalised supplement plan), further follow-up consultations of 30 to 60 minutes from £30.   Follow-up telephone support is available free of charge.   An iridology examination is available at every consultation for a small fee of £5 (includes a colour photo of your eye).   The cost of an introductory session is £20.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
