What Can Nutritional Therapy Do For You?
Introductory sessions now available

Nutritional Medicine looks for the cause of an illness rather than just treating the symptoms.

Nutritional Therapy concentrates on producing a treatment plan for you as an individual, taking into account not only your current concerns but also looking at previous health problems, genetics, lifestyle and diet.

The treatment plan for one person could be very different to that of another with the same health problem.   The plan is produced in discussion with you the client, ensuring that the rationale is fully understood, you are comfortable with what is being asked and importantly, that you will be able to follow it through in practice.
